SiS International Holdings Limited has announced that effective from 31 October 2024, its branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong will be changed to Tricor Investor Services Limited. Shareholders are instructed to lodge transfer of shares and collect unclaimed share certificates at the new location starting from that date. The company reassures shareholders and the market of a seamless transition to the new registrar.
