The new registrar will be Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at the Far East Finance Centre in Hong Kong. This change requires that applications for the registration of share transfers be lodged with Tricor from the effective date, and any uncollected share certificates as of 16 December 2025 will be available for collection from Tricor thereafter.
