Shenwan Hongyuan (H.K.) Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Liu Chijin as an Independent Non-executive Director effective from 28 June 2024. Alongside his directorship, Mr. Liu will also serve on the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination, Risk, and Environmental, Social and Governance Committees, ensuring the company meets the governance requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Listing Rules.
