Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. has entered into an agreement with Guolian Securities for the acquisition of Minsheng Securities shares by issuing A shares valued at approximately RMB346.7 million. The deal is anticipated to yield a gain of about RMB65.1 million for Shandong International Trust, after accounting for gains from changes in the fair value of the assets. This transaction is expected to be reflected in the company’s financial assets held for trading upon completion.
