Seplat Energy has announced a board reshuffle following the divestment of Maurel et Prom’s 20.07% stake to Heirs Holdings and Heirs Energies, with Maurel et Prom nominee Olivier Cleret De Langavant stepping down as non-executive director after six years of service. In his place, the company has appointed prominent investor and philanthropist Tony O.
