Samty Residential Investment Corp. ( (JP:3459) ) has provided an announcement.
Samty Residential Investment Corporation has arranged a total of ¥7.97 billion in new unsecured term loans from a syndicate of Japanese banks, split into three tranches (Term Loans 31-A, 31-B and 31-C) with maturities ranging from 2030 to 2032 and interest rates linked to the JBA 1‑month Japanese Yen TIBOR plus 0.50–0.70 percentage points. The funds will be used to refinance existing borrowings maturing at the end of January 2026 and to replenish cash used to redeem investment corporation bonds in December 2025, effectively extending the REIT’s debt maturities, maintaining unsecured funding, and supporting balance sheet stability for unitholders.
