Samty Residential Investment Corporation has completed the acquisition of trust beneficiary interests in two domestic residential properties, S-RESIDENCE Sakaihamadera broad in Sakai, Osaka, and S-FORT Oita Nagahamamachi in Oita City, for a combined acquisition price of ¥1.834 billion. The REIT also disclosed finalized leasing details for S-RESIDENCE Sakaihamadera broad, a newly completed 10-story, 88-unit apartment property with full leasable area of 1,974.15 m² occupied under a pass-through master lease structure with Samty Property Management; Samty Co., Ltd. will act as end tenant guaranteeing vacant units until June 30, 2026, supporting occupancy ramp-up and reinforcing cash flow stability as the asset is integrated into the portfolio.
