Sabien Technology Group plc, a company at the forefront of Green Aggregation Strategy, has announced the deferral of the admission of 435,967 new ordinary shares due to incomplete documentation. The shares, initially set to be admitted on August 26, 2024, were to be issued in lieu of £40,000 of broker fees. Sabien will notify stakeholders of the new admission date once the documentation issues are resolved.
