Rotork plc has continued its previously announced share buyback programme, repurchasing 135,700 ordinary shares on 6 January 2026 on the London Stock Exchange and CBOE Europe at a volume‑weighted average price of just over 331 pence per share, with the intention of cancelling all the shares acquired. Since the programme began on 19 November 2025, the company has bought back a total of 3,274,971 shares and, following settlement of the latest trades, will have 828,523,106 ordinary shares in issue, a move that modestly reduces share capital and can enhance earnings per share and capital returns for investors while signalling continued board confidence in the business.
