In the first quarter of 2025, RLI Corp. reported net earnings of $63.2 million, a decrease from the previous year’s $127.9 million. Despite this decline, the company executed a two-for-one stock split and increased its book value per share by 6% from year-end 2024.
Key financial metrics for the quarter included a 5% increase in gross premiums written and a 12% rise in net investment income.
