The latest announcement is out from Duxton Water Ltd. ( (AU:RIV) ).
Rivco Australia has completed its transition to a fully internalised operating model, bringing portfolio management, trading, finance and investor relations in‑house and formally rebranding from Duxton Water to Rivco Australia Limited. The move, alongside new office premises in South Australia, is positioned as a strategic milestone expected to streamline operations and give the company greater control over its growing portfolio of water entitlements. Over the December quarter, pre‑ and post‑tax NAV per share edged lower, primarily reflecting the payment of a fully franked dividend and one‑off internalisation costs, including a final cash payment and share issuance to the outgoing manager. Despite a modest decline in lower‑reliability entitlement values amid drier conditions, Rivco benefited from stronger cash yields on its predominantly high‑security holdings and heightened demand for water security, executing 2,000 ML of forward allocation sales and a $3 million sale‑and‑leaseback with an almond and citrus grower. Tightening Southern Basin water availability and rising spot prices, combined with ongoing government buyback activity, are supporting higher yields across high‑security products and reinforcing Rivco’s positioning as a key provider of long‑term water security to irrigators.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:RIV) stock is a Hold with a A$1.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Duxton Water Ltd. stock, see the AU:RIV Stock Forecast page.
