In its latest earnings report, Rithm Capital announced a strong financial performance for both the fourth quarter and the full year 2024. The company reported a GAAP net income of $263.2 million and $835.0 million for the quarter and full year, respectively. Earnings available for distribution were $315.8 million for the quarter and $1.1 billion for the year.
Key financial highlights include a common dividend of $130.2 million for the quarter and $503.4 million for the year, as well as a book value per common share of $12.56.
