Labrador Iron Ore ( (TSE:LIF) ) has provided an announcement.

Rio Tinto has released its second-quarter operations review for 2025, highlighting the Iron Ore Company of Canada’s (IOC) production and sales figures. IOC’s total saleable iron ore production reached 4.24 million tonnes, comprising 2.23 million tonnes of pellets and 2.01 million tonnes of concentrate for sale. Total iron ore sales amounted to 4.53 million tonnes, with 2.35 million tonnes of pellets and 2.17 million tonnes of concentrate for sale. Despite these figures, Rio Tinto’s full-year production guidance for IOC remains unchanged. Labrador Iron Ore Royalty Corporation (LIORC), which benefits from royalties and commissions on IOC’s production, will release its full second-quarter report on August 6, 2025.
