Right Season Investments Corp. has announced a $250,000 strategic investment in the eco-friendly fashion brand Grounded People Apparel Inc., acquiring 312,500 units at $0.80 each. This investment increases its stake to approximately 20.30% of Grounded’s common shares or 28.88% on a partially diluted basis. Grounded People Apparel focuses on vegan, ethically sourced products and sells its shoes through its website and selected retailers.
