Marcus Daly, Finance Director of Real Estate Investors PLC, a Midlands-focused property investment company, has increased his stake by purchasing 250,000 shares at 36.9 pence each, now owning 2.48% of the company. This move comes as the company continues its strategy to sell off its portfolio in a three-year plan aimed at optimizing shareholder returns, while maintaining quarterly dividends.
