Global Tech Industries Group ( (GTII) ) has shared an announcement.

Global Tech Industries Group, Inc. has been under a court-appointed receivership since an order issued on September 18, 2024, in a Nevada District Court case, with Paul L. Strickland serving as receiver. Acting under that authority, the receiver determined that, effective 5:00 p.m. EST on December 29, 2025, Gold Transaction International, Inc. (GTI Gold) would cease to be a subsidiary of the company, transferring ownership to GTI Gold manager Todd Chisholm, while expressly preserving the possibility of future claims or liabilities against GTI Gold, its managers, former members, or agents. The receiver is also empowered to unwind allegedly illegal or fraudulent transactions, claw back or freeze wrongful issuances or transfers to management and related parties, and terminate or reject contracts at his discretion, signaling a broad effort to restructure the company’s affairs and potentially recover value for stakeholders under the receivership.
