Raiz Invest Limited has announced that Director Jonathan Brett has increased his stake in the company through an on-market purchase, acquiring 20,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.410 AUD each. This transaction, which occurred on 20 September 2024 and was disclosed in compliance with ASX listing rules, marks a notable change in Brett’s direct interest in the firm, as he held no shares prior to this acquisition.
