R8 Capital Investments plc has announced plans to hold its annual general meeting (AGM) around 28 November 2025. During the AGM, the company will seek shareholder approval to amend its articles of association to align with UK Listing Rules for shell companies, including a requirement to cease operations if an Initial Transaction is not completed within two years of 30 July 2025, unless extensions are approved.
