Pyrum Innovations AG has successfully raised approximately EUR 10 million through a capital increase to fund the construction of a new site in Perl-Besch and expand its joint venture in the Czech Republic. The company issued 363,637 new shares at EUR 27.50 each and secured Ralf Bohle GmbH as a new investor with a 4% stake. This move is set to boost Pyrum’s production capacity and strengthen its position in the recycling market.
