PolyNovo Director Sells Shares, Holdings Decrease

Polynovo Limited (AU:PNV) has released an update.

PolyNovo Limited has issued a change of director’s interest notice, indicating that director Mr. Andrew Lumsden, through his indirect interest in Amelfi Pty Ltd as trustee of the Lumsden Family Trust, has sold 50,000 ordinary fully paid shares on-market for a total consideration of $130,915.84, reducing his holdings to 100,000 shares.
