Pollen Street Group Limited has announced a series of board changes, appointing Robert Ohrenstein as an independent non-executive director, effective 29 January 2026, with immediate membership of the Audit and Risk Committees. Long-serving Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair Jim Coyle will retire at the April 2026 AGM after nine years on the board, prompting a succession plan under which Ohrenstein will become Chair of the Audit Committee and existing director Richard Rowney will assume the role of Senior Independent Director from 1 May 2026. Ohrenstein, a former Global Head of Private Equity and UK Vice Chair at KPMG, brings more than three decades of experience in private equity and financial services, and his appointment is positioned as strengthening Pollen Street’s governance, audit oversight and strategic execution as the firm continues to grow its asset management platform and maintain high governance standards.
