PAX Global Strengthens Governance With New Risk and Strategy Committees

PAX Global Technology Limited has overhauled its governance framework by creating a new Risk Management Committee and a Strategy Committee to reinforce risk oversight, internal controls and strategic planning across the group. Effective 19 December 2025, senior executives including executive directors and the CFO have been appointed to these committees, which will oversee risk systems, crisis management capabilities and the implementation of medium- to long-term development strategies, with their terms of reference to be published on the company and Hong Kong Stock Exchange websites. The company has also adjusted the composition of its Nomination Committee, adding chairman and executive director Xu Changjun while removing executive director Li Wenjin, resulting in a three-member body led by an independent non-executive director, a move that underscores PAX’s effort to strengthen board-level oversight and alignment of leadership appointments with its evolving strategic and risk priorities.
