Pareto Asset Management AS has increased its stake in SpareBank1 Østlandet, acquiring over 7 million equity capital certificates and crossing the 5% ownership threshold to hold 6.13% of the bank’s equity. Both P Invest Norge AS and Parete AS, associated companies owned by Mr. Svein Støle, have divested their entire holdings in SpareBank1 Østlandet, selling their shares as part of a subscription into funds managed by Pareto Asset Management.
