Pacifica Silver Corp. has upsized its brokered private placement of common shares, increasing the planned raise to approximately $20 million at $1.45 per share, with agents granted an option to sell up to an additional 15% of the offering. The financing, conducted under the listed issuer financing exemption and expected to close later this month subject to regulatory and exchange approvals, will fund expanded exploration and drilling at the company’s Claudia Project in Durango, Mexico, as well as general corporate purposes, potentially accelerating advancement of one of the few largely untested high-grade silver-gold districts in the region and strengthening Pacifica’s position in the Mexican exploration space.
