Aric Coffman, M.D. has been named the new CEO and President of P3 Health Partners Inc., succeeding Sherif Abdou, M.D., who steps down but will remain as Vice Chairperson and Senior Advisor. Dr. Coffman brings experience from his recent CEO role at Honest Medical Group and past leadership positions at DaVita Medical Group. His employment package includes a $750,000 annual salary with the potential for bonuses, a range of executive benefits, and significant equity incentives to align his interests with the company’s success. Dr. Abdou, meanwhile, will continue contributing through a consulting agreement until April 2025.
