The latest announcement is out from Orsted ( (DOGEF) ).
Ørsted has completed the previously announced sale of a 50% stake in its Hornsea 3 offshore wind farm to funds managed by Apollo, marking a significant partnership transaction in one of its key UK offshore wind assets. The divestment forms part of Ørsted’s ongoing capital recycling strategy in offshore wind, helping to share project risk, free up investment capacity for its sizeable construction pipeline and reinforce its position as a leading global player in large-scale renewable energy infrastructure.
