Oakley Capital Investments ( (GB:OCI) ) has provided an announcement.
Oakley Capital Investments Limited has announced that Oakley Capital Fund VI will acquire a majority stake in GLAS, a global provider of loan administration and bond trustee services to the private credit and leveraged finance markets, with OCI’s indirect contribution expected to be up to approximately £55 million. GLAS, founded in 2011 and headquartered in London, administers the lifecycle of debt instruments across a $750 billion portfolio and has achieved around 40% organic revenue growth in recent years, positioning it strongly within the rapidly expanding private credit market, which is projected to grow significantly by 2030.
Oakley will back GLAS’s existing management team, led by founder and CEO Mia Drennan, to drive further international expansion, M&A activity and investment in technology and AI, while co-investors La Caisse and Levine Leichtman Capital Partners retain minority stakes. The deal deepens Oakley’s exposure to institutional debt administration, an area characterised by high regulatory barriers to entry and recurring revenues, and underscores its strategy of partnering with founder-led, tech-enabled market leaders in fast-growing segments of the global credit ecosystem.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:OCI) stock is a Hold with a £611.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Oakley Capital Investments stock, see the GB:OCI Stock Forecast page.
Spark’s Take on GB:OCI Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, GB:OCI is a Neutral.
The score is primarily driven by strong reported profitability and a conservative balance sheet, offset by meaningful revenue and (especially) cash-flow volatility. Technically the stock is in a modest uptrend with neutral momentum, while valuation looks reasonable but not cheap and the dividend yield is low. Positive corporate actions (notably ongoing buybacks and portfolio activity) provide a supportive secondary tailwind.
