Norden Crown Metals Corporation has completed the acquisition of Domestic Copper Corporation and a concurrent private placement, positioning the company for anticipated growth in copper and gold markets. The deal includes the rights to explore the high-potential Smart Creek copper-gold project, with the support of experienced technical teams from both Norden Crown and Rio Tinto. The transaction also involved the issuance of common shares and allocation of private placement proceeds towards project expenditures and corporate purposes.
