Nexus Gold Corp. has agreed to settle a debt of Cdn$51,975 with Generation IACP Inc. by issuing over 2.5 million units at a price of $0.02 each, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. These units will include a share and a purchase warrant, with the latter allowing the creditor to buy an additional share at $0.05 within two years. The settlement aims to resolve indebtedness from market-making services provided under a 2018 agreement.
