Naturgy Finance Iberia, S.A., a subsidiary of Naturgy Energy Group, S.A., has invited holders of various guaranteed notes with different maturity dates and interest rates to sell their obligations back to the company for cash, subject to specific conditions and within a total limit of €1,000,000,000. Additionally, the company expressed its plan to issue new fixed-rate euro-denominated obligations under its €12,000,000,000 EMTN program, depending on market conditions. The details of the tender offer are outlined in a memorandum dated September 23, 2024.
