National Healthcare (NHC) has provided an announcement.
Ernest G. Burgess, III, a director of NHC since 1997, will be retiring from the board on July 31, 2024, at the age of 84. His departure is amicable, with no disagreements cited with the company. Burgess has been contributing to the company’s Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
