The holdings are primarily managed through JBWere Limited, Bank of New Zealand and CPU Share Plans Pty Limited in their capacities as investment managers or trustees, indicating that NAB’s indirect exposure to its own equity remains small and largely custodial in nature, with minimal implications for control or capital structure.
