Morocco Strategic Minerals Corporation has closed a non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of $600,000 through the issuance of 6 million units priced at $0.10 each, with each unit comprising one common share and one-half of a warrant exercisable at $0.15 until December 19, 2027. The financing, which remains subject to final TSX Venture Exchange approval and includes finder’s fees of $17,500 and 175,000 warrants to intermediaries, will fund the advancement of MCC’s exploration portfolio in Québec and Morocco and support general working capital needs, bolstering the company’s ability to pursue potential growth opportunities in its key jurisdictions.
