The latest announcement is out from Delecta Limited ( (AU:MOM) ).
Moab Minerals has terminated its planned acquisition of Imbas Mining Pty Ltd, and with it the right to earn up to 80% of the Sasare gold and copper project in Zambia, after due diligence outcomes failed to satisfy the company’s conditions. Instead, Moab is sharpening its strategic focus on advancing the Manyoni Uranium Project in Tanzania, underpinned by a recently upgraded JORC 2012-compliant mineral resource of 27.19 million pounds of U₃O₈ and buoyant uranium prices that enhance the project’s economic appeal. The company highlights Manyoni’s shallow, flat-lying geology, potential for low-cost strip mining, and a central high-grade core that could support early-stage development, alongside ongoing consolidation of nearby uranium tenements. Near-term work will centre on mineralogy and broader metallurgical test programs to define an optimal beneficiation pathway, feeding into a planned Scoping Study in the June quarter, while Moab continues to assess other resource opportunities in parallel.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:MOM) stock is a Sell with a A$0.01 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Delecta Limited stock, see the AU:MOM Stock Forecast page.
