Moab Minerals Limited is set to acquire 100% ownership of Imbas Mining Pty Ltd, which holds the right to acquire up to 80% of the Sasare Gold and Copper Project in Zambia. This project is strategically located within a prospective exploration license covering 51 km², featuring historic gold and copper sites, including the Sasare Gold Mine and significant copper intercepts from previous drilling. The acquisition aims to expedite exploration and development efforts, potentially enhancing Moab’s industry positioning by tapping into the historic mining potential of the region.
