NH Hotel Group S.A ( (ES:NHH) ) just unveiled an update.
MHG Continental Holding (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. has announced a public offer to acquire the shares of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, S.A. The offer aims to delist the shares from the Spanish Stock Exchanges, following approval from the National Securities Market Commission. The move was approved by an overwhelming majority of MHEA’s shareholders and is backed by a financial guarantee from Bangkok Bank.
