Megawatt Lithium And Battery Metals Corp. successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, issuing over 4.29 million shares at $0.10 each to raise $429,000, with the shares being immediately tradable under Canadian law. Additionally, the first tranche of a concurrent private placement raised another $446,000 through the issuance of 4.46 million shares, with plans for a second tranche forthcoming. The company intends to utilize the net proceeds for property payments, exploration, and general working capital purposes.
