Maven Renovar VCT PLC has undertaken a further capital management move by buying back and cancelling 32,045 of its own ordinary shares at 57p per share. Following this transaction, the company’s issued share capital stands at 142,562,628 ordinary shares of 5p each, all carrying one voting right, a figure that shareholders are advised to use when assessing whether they must disclose changes in their holdings under the Financial Conduct Authority’s transparency rules.
