Loyalist Explora on Limited is revising its private placement strategy by reducing the share price to $0.005 and doubling the number of shares to 30 million, aiming to raise $150,000 for working capital and administrative purposes. The Canadian Securities Exchange has provided a one-time exemption from its pricing policy for this offering, which includes potential finder’s fees and warrants for facilitating the sale of shares.
