Loop Industries ( (LOOP) ) just unveiled an update.

Loop Industries reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 results showing reduced cash operating expenses of $2.2 million and liquidity of $7.7 million, while emphasizing its focus on securing financing for its equity contribution to its Indian joint venture ELITe and for operating needs until its first commercial facility comes online. Operationally, the company advanced commercialization of its Infinite Loop technology with a multi-year offtake agreement naming Nike as anchor customer for Twist polyester from the planned India plant, the award of the detailed engineering contract to Toyo Engineering India, and progress on project debt syndication with international lenders; in Europe, Loop and partner Reed Societe Generale Group are in the final stages of site selection for their first regional facility, from which Loop expects to generate engineering and licensing revenues, and the appointment of veteran banker Spencer Hart as CFO is intended to bolster capital-raising efforts as the company scales globally.

The most recent analyst rating on (LOOP) stock is a Hold with a $1.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Loop Industries stock, see the LOOP Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on LOOP Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, LOOP is a Neutral.

The score is primarily weighed down by weak financial fundamentals—ongoing losses, negative equity, and negative free cash flow. Technicals are mixed (short-term strength but longer-term downtrend), while valuation is constrained by negative earnings and no dividend data. The CFO appointment is a modest positive but not enough to offset the balance-sheet and profitability risks.
