Harmonychain AS ( (DE:7EW) ) has provided an announcement.
Blipit AS, a holding company fully controlled by Lokotech Group’s chief financial officer and primary insider Benjamin Miklozek, has sold 2.5 million shares in Lokotech Group at an average price of NOK 0.8233 per share in transactions conducted on 18–19 December 2025. The divestment, executed as a care order, was carried out to secure liquidity for cross-border tax obligations between the United States and Norway for the 2017–2021 period and to cover option-related needs, and leaves Miklozek and related parties with a remaining stake of 13.615 million shares in the company, a move disclosed under EU market abuse and Norwegian securities regulations to ensure transparency for investors.
