Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, is a global leader in the engineering, design, and manufacturing of advanced arc welding solutions, automated joining, assembly and cutting systems, and has a significant presence in brazing and soldering alloys. The company operates 71 manufacturing and automation system integration locations across 20 countries and serves customers in over 160 countries.
In the first quarter of 2025, Lincoln Electric reported net sales of $1,004 million, marking a 2.4% increase from the previous year. The company achieved an operating income margin of 16.4% and an adjusted operating income margin of 16.9%. Earnings per share (EPS) were $2.10, with an adjusted EPS of $2.16. The company also generated record first-quarter cash flows from operations amounting to $186 million and returned $150 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.
