Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. has announced positive results from the first phase of its 2024 drilling program at the Ishkõday Project, successfully confirming seven known mineralized structures and uncovering three new mineralized zones. The initial assays from the first three drill holes reveal gold grades as high as 4.23 g/t, with intercepts ranging from 0.5m to 7.65m in length, indicating a promising extension northeast of the historical Sturgeon River Mine.
