Kosmos Energy Ltd. has been informed by the International Chamber of Commerce of a final arbitration award concerning its LNG sales from the Greater Tortue Ahmeyim project. The legally binding decision prevents Kosmos from selling LNG to third parties for the duration of its current contract, which may end in 2033 if the company chooses.
