King International Investment Limited, previously known as Life Healthcare Group Limited, has announced a further delay in the publication of its 2025 annual results and the postponement of its board meeting. The delay is due to incomplete audit procedures, including pending confirmations and additional time needed for deconsolidation. Consequently, the company’s trading suspension on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will continue until the results are published, expected by 5 September 2025.
