JTC PLC’s CEO, Nigel Le Quesne, has pledged 2.68 million of his ordinary shares in the company as security for a £5 million personal loan, signifying his confidence in the firm’s future. Despite the pledge, Le Quesne retains full voting rights and remains the largest shareholder of JTC, holding 10.89 million shares, which is about 6.49% of the issued share capital.
