Jarvis Securities plc has announced the conditional sale of its retail execution-only brokerage business to Interactive Investor Services Limited for up to £11 million. This strategic move will lead to the winding up of Jarvis’s Model ‘B’ clearing and settlement services, with the company potentially becoming an AIM Rule 15 Cash Shell. The sale is expected to complete by early July 2025, subject to certain conditions, and the proceeds will be used for general working capital, with any excess potentially returned to shareholders.
