Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Limited reported a sharp turnaround in its third-quarter FY26 results, posting robust year-on-year revenue growth and a return to profitability on the back of strong operating leverage and tight cost control. Revenue from operations rose 38.6% to ₹6,000.96 lakh, while total income grew 42.12% as other income increased markedly; at the same time, total expenditure grew only 7.53%, enabling EBITDA to swing from a loss of ₹102.18 lakh in Q3 FY25 to a profit of ₹1,229.36 lakh with a 19.89% margin. Profit before tax improved from a loss of ₹530.76 lakh to a profit of ₹933.49 lakh, and profit after tax moved from a loss of ₹388.87 lakh to a profit of ₹703.06 lakh, lifting the PAT margin to 11.38%. Coming in the company’s second quarter of results since its IPO, the performance highlights Jaro’s emphasis on profitable growth, cost discipline and capital efficiency, signalling strengthened industry positioning and suggesting it is well placed to sustain growth and margin expansion in subsequent quarters.
