iX Biopharma Ltd. has successfully completed the issuance of 115,018,984 Rights Shares and 57,509,492 Warrants, increasing its total issued and paid-up share capital. The new Rights Shares will be on par with existing shares, excluding certain dividends or distributions. Trading of these Rights Shares and Warrants on the Catalist is expected to commence around the 23rd and 24th of July 2024, respectively.
