Invesco ( (IVZ) ) has issued an announcement.

Invesco reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, highlighted by strong net long-term inflows of $19.1 billion in the quarter and $81.2 billion for the year, driven primarily by ETFs, index strategies, its China joint venture and fundamental fixed income. Total assets under management rose to $2.2 trillion, up 2.1% quarter-on-quarter and 17.5% year-on-year, underscoring continued franchise growth, while adjusted operating margin reached 36.4%, excluding the impact of a $1.8 billion non-cash intangible asset impairment that pushed reported operating margin to negative 86.2% and diluted EPS to a loss of $2.61 versus adjusted diluted EPS of $0.62. The firm also continued to strengthen its balance sheet by repurchasing $500 million of its Series A preferred stock from MassMutual and fully repaying the remaining $240 million of a three-year bank term loan, moves that may improve capital flexibility and reduce financing costs going forward.

The most recent analyst rating on (IVZ) stock is a Hold with a $28.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Invesco stock, see the IVZ Stock Forecast page.
